My name is Mohamed Abdikadir Mohamed, and I live in Hargeisa capital city of Somaliland. I completed my secondary education 2020 at Noradin Secondary School with top honors.

After graduating, my uncle advised me to delay university enrollment and instead pursue international ICT certifications. Although it was a difficult decision, it turned out to be one of the best pieces of advice I have ever received, and I have never regretted it. A few weeks later, in 2020, I received a call from a member of the Darlington Foundation, who informed me that I was among the top students in the country, especially in Hargeisa, and was being offered a university scholarship. After careful consideration, I accepted the offer and started an accelerated university program at Admas University, joining one semester late. I pursued a degree in ICT and graduated after three years in 2023 with a cumulative GPA of 4.0, earning honors.

While at university, I continued to prepare for the international ICT certifications. I obtained seven certifications from Cisco, an American company leading the world in computer networking knowledge, including double CCNP and CCNA. In my senior year, my friend Sayid-Ali Haybe, who lives in Burao, informed me about a new ICT position advertised by Telesom Company.

I applied for the position without a university degree, relying on the value of my international certifications. Alhamdulillah, after two exams and an interview, I secured the position. I am now a Network Engineer at Telesom Company, responsible for interconnecting and securing Telesom's digital infrastructure and sites.

Currently, I am preparing for my master's degree in Business Administration after Admas University awarded me a full scholarship due to my outstanding performance in my bachelor's degree.
